Users can register on Ayla using the following options:
Google Signup
Sign up using your existing Google account. This is fast, secure, and does not require creating a separate password. We only access basic details like your name, email, and profile picture (with your permission).
Facebook Signup
Create your account using your Facebook credentials. We retrieve limited public profile information to build your Ayla account, such as name, email, and profile image.
Phone Number Signup (OTP-Based)
Enter your mobile number and verify it through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS. This ensures accoun authenticity and allows quick mobile-based access.

Users can recharge their wallet, purchase coins, or activate premium features using the following payment methods:
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Quick and secure payments using UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all major Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express cards. Net Banking Wallets Supported through most Indian banks for seamless transactions. Recharge via Paytm Wallet, PhonePe Wallet, or other supported services. Mobile Carrier Billing (if supported) Recharge amount is added to your mobile bill or deducted from prepaid balance (only on supported networks). In-App Purchase (Google Play Billing) For Android users, recharges and subscriptions can be made directly via Google Playβs secure payment gateway
2. Recharge Confirmation
Once the payment is successful, users will receive a confirmation via in-app notification or email. The corresponding coins/credits/premium features will be instantly added to your account.

1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Ayla account at any time by following these steps:
Step 1-Open the Ayla App
Step 2- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
Step 3- Verify your identity using OTP or Password
Step 4 - Tap on "Delete My Account" and confirm
Alternatively, you may send an email to aylachat.pvt.ltd@gmail.com from your registered email or phone number, requesting permanent account deletion.
2. What Happens After Deletion
:- Your profile, photos, messages, and personal information will be permanently deleted.
:- Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
:- Any ongoing subscriptions will be automatically cancelled, but refunds are not provided unless legally required.
:- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics, security, or legal purposes, as permitted by law.
3. Data Deletion Timeline
- We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once the process is complete.
4.Important Notes
- If you have been involved in moderation issues (such as reports or complaints), we may retain limited records for community safety. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. A formal deletion request is necessary
